Effective date: 21 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how David Crammer LLC, doing business as Exousian ("Exousian," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit www.exousian.com (the "Site") or contact us about our services. David Crammer LLC is the entity responsible for the personal information described in this policy.
We are a US-based technology and AI consulting business, and our services are directed to clients in the United States.
Information we collect
Information you provide to us. When you contact us through the Site, request information about our services, or otherwise communicate with us, we collect the information you choose to give us. This typically includes your name, email address, company name, and any details you include in your message. Because we are a consulting business, most of the information we collect is business contact information rather than sensitive personal data.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, certain information is collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies, including your IP address, browser type and settings, device information, the pages you view, the links you click, and general (approximate, non-precise) location inferred from your IP address. We use this information to keep the Site functioning and to understand how visitors use it.
We do not collect payment information through the Site, and we do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information (such as government identifiers, health information, or precise geolocation) through the Site.
Cookies and analytics
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies, which fall into two categories:
- Strictly necessary: required for the Site to function properly, such as maintaining security and remembering basic settings. These cannot be turned off through our Site without affecting how it works. Examples: session and security cookies.
- Analytics: help us understand how visitors find and use the Site so we can improve it. These are optional. Examples: Google Analytics.
Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to measure and analyze Site traffic. Google Analytics collects information such as your IP address, device and browser data, and how you interact with the Site. We use Google Analytics in a standard, measurement-only configuration. We do not use Google Analytics advertising features, Google Signals, or any advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising functions.
In this configuration, Google acts as our service provider (processor) and is contractually restricted to processing this information on our behalf for analytics purposes. You can learn more about how Google handles data at Google's Privacy Policy and Google's overview of how it uses data from sites that use its services. You can opt out of Google Analytics across all sites using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
You can also control cookies through your browser settings, and, where offered, through any cookie preference tool on the Site. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect how the Site works.
How we use your information
We use the information described above to:
- respond to your inquiries and communicate with you about our services;
- provide, operate, maintain, and secure the Site;
- understand and improve how the Site is used;
- comply with our legal obligations and enforce our terms; and
- establish, exercise, or defend legal claims where necessary.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only as follows:
- Service providers. With vendors who process information on our behalf and under our instructions, such as our website hosting provider and Google Analytics. These providers are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us.
- Legal and safety reasons. When we believe disclosure is required to comply with a law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Exousian, our clients, or others.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
How long we keep your information
We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, such as responding to and following up on your inquiries and maintaining our business records. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete it or de-identify it. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings and Google's retention controls.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under applicable US state privacy laws, which can include the right to:
- know or access the personal information we have collected about you;
- correct inaccurate personal information;
- delete personal information we have collected from you;
- opt out of the sale of personal information, sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, or targeted advertising (note: we do not sell or share personal information, and we do not conduct targeted advertising); and
- not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email address below. We will respond as required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request, and you may use an authorized agent to submit a request where the law allows.
Global Privacy Control (GPC). We aim to honor opt-out preference signals, such as the Global Privacy Control, sent by your browser or device where required by applicable law.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
